Analytical Hypnotherapy

Analytical Hypnotherapy is also known as Hypno-analysis. It relies on the memories that are stored in the subconscious mind with the aim to discover the aspects of the events that triggered the response in the behaviour pattern. In this process, the therapist plays the role of an investigator that explores the client’s problems in a safe environment whilst keeping the client focussed on the issue that has been repressed.

In this analysis, it is believed that the inner conflict is caused due to repression of feelings that are experienced. Therefore, techniques such as free association, imagery, regression, inner child and parts therapy are used to help unearth buried or underlying material.

Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT)

CBT is a psychotherapeutic approach that aims to solve emotional, behavioural and cognitive problems through a goal-oriented and a systematic procedure. It can help you to change how you think and what you do by focussing on the present instead of focussing on the causes of your distress or symptoms in the past.

Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP)

Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) is a system of therapy that helps to reframe the mental and emotional behaviour patterns based on the presupposition that ‘all behaviour patterns have a structure and that structure can be modelled, learnt and reprogrammed’. NLP helps to reveal the hidden patterns within communication in order to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the way you think and behave in different contexts and situations.

Psychotherapy

Psychotherapy is also referred to as ‘talking therapy’.  By applying various counselling techniques, it can help people to overcome a wide range of problems that affects a person’s well being and other aspects of their daily lives. Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)

Emotional Freedom Technique is a needle free version of acupuncture that is based on the relationship between the subtle energies in your body, mind and emotions. It works on the principle that “the cause of all negative emotions is involved with the body’s energy system, thereby creating physical ailment.” Therefore, by focussing on the negative emotions and tapping on the meridian (acupressure) points, it is possible to get rid of the emotional and the physical symptom that was intensified by a distressing memory.
